SPD型は、2又は4キャリーヤーを同時乾燥するもので、上部に
クリーンフィルターを設け本体内を常にクリーンな風を通し、チャンバー内のクリーン化を
計っています。
Model SPD is designed to dry two or four carriers simultaneously.
With a clean filter installed in the upper part,clean air is constantly introduced to the inside of
the machine to keep the chamber clean.
・ 蓋にULPA又は、HEPAフィルターを内蔵し、クリーンエアーを導入することにより
チャンバー内のクリーン度を飛躍的に向上させます。
ULPA or HEPA filter incorporated in the lid ensures the introduction of clean air to
enhance the cleanliness of the chamber.
・ クレドールの交換により4～12インチ、ウエハーの乾燥が出来ます。
Wafers of varying sizes from 4inches to 12 inches can be dried by exchanging the cradles.
・ 異常振動が発生した場合、自動的に停止します。
The machine is stopped automatically if abnormal vibration occurs.
・ 特殊シール及びバキュームにより回転軸からのパーティクルの発生を防止しています。

●SPD-1200G
本機はガラス基板やセラミックス基板、フィルム基板等の乾燥を行う装置です。
乾燥物は専用カセットに入れた物をスピンドライヤーのローターにカセット枠を設け
其処にセットします。
チャンバー内は回転で陰圧となり蓋に組み込まれたHEPAフィルターを通過したクリーンの風によりチャンバー内のクリーン度を高め高品質のスピン乾燥が出来ます。
